Head Chef Permanent

SNS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a young energetic and enthusiastic Head Chef for their client’s small bar and kitchen.

This is also a great opportunity for a sous chef to advance in their career & take control of a kitchen for the first time and really stretch their wings, create their own menu, add their own flair to the food they create.

Using the best quality seasonal produce to create interesting menus with a small team in our clients open kitchen in East London, located in Hoxton Square.

High quality restaurant experience, motivation and enthusiasm are a huge plus.

Opening Hours are:

7 days per week

Monday to Friday 3-11

Saturday and Sunday 12-11.

Working hours are between 40/50 hours per week over 5 days, realistically about 45.

Salary: £42,000 Per Annum

The Ideal Head Chef Candidate:

·Create and deliver innovative menus to the highest standard in the dining Room.

·Food will be home cooked with excellent presentation and high quality ingredients.

·Cooking and/or organizing the provision of food in the Dining Room.

·Menu planning and costing

·Ensure food & hygiene standards, health and safety regulations are strictly observed & legal records made.

·Maintenance and cleaning of kitchen and food storage areas to a high standard.

Our client’s establishment is a small bar and kitchen located in the heart of east London in Hoxton Square serving a small menu of small plates and snacks.

They opened in the middle of the pandemic and have slowly been growing over the last 2 years and recently had a glowing 4/5 time out review
