PCV Driver – Hackney Ongoing

SNS Recruitment are currently recruiting for Experienced PCV Drivers to cover Temporary & ongoing assignments for our clients located around Hackney.  

Hours:

Monday to Friday (Term Times Only)

30 Hours Per Week  

Payrate – £12.59 per hour.    

As the driver you will be required to work term times only for our client’s school runs.

You will be transporting vulnerable children which will be broken down into two shifts.  

The first shift will start at 7.15am and finish at 10.15am and then the second shift will start at 2.30pm and finish 5.30pm.  

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe travel of children, goods and all necessary equipment so you will need to be flexible, organised and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great service.  

Documents required for position;

1) Enhanced DBS Check – On update service

2) PCV Licence – Category D

3) CPC Card

4) Digital Tachograph

5) Passport / Right to work document

6) Proof of NI Number

7) Employment References Covering the last 5 years  

Incentives/Benefits 

• £395.11p paid for training which will be awarded to staff after completing 6 months (This payment is awarded in April as long as the training has been completed and goes up in line with pay rises etc)
• CPC Training of 7 hours is subsidised by Client (which is held during the last two weeks of August),
• 30 hours paid per week (split shift)
• 40 weeks paid out of 52 weeks
• Ongoing Training which is paid
• Hi Vis supplied (safety shoes will need to be provided by candidate)
• Uniform consisting of a Jacket & Waterproofs will be provided after 6 months
